According to a patent filing last November Sony is set to produce a PSP phone. Little information is available in the patent, but it does feature a screen that rotates at 90° and 180°.
The PSP phone detects when the screen is rotated and adjusts accordingly to make TV, video & games easier to enjoy.

Nokia have launched 2 versions of the 6500. The Nokia 6500 classic and 6500 slide
